As opposed to the narcissist that I come across based on the very title of this page, I happen to be relatively less self absorbed than what I’d portray (though it can’t be denied that I am more egotistical than your average girl).

Rather uncertain about what is to be said about myself here.

For starters,I love writing. I think it’s a personal thing. It’s strange how you can lay bare your thoughts and perceptions on paper with a few rightly placed words. I know people who can put themselves in others’ shoes and write from a third person’s perspective. Sadly, I can’t.

Hence, needless to say, these are my personal notions translating to prose, and more often than that, poetry.

It’s the only way I know to write.

  1. Keep writing.

  2. Hi there just popped over to say thanks for subscribing to my site. I like your style and your words. I’ll come back again later.

  4. Your poems convey a lot of feeling! Thanks & best wishes.

  5. “more egotistical than your average girl” – that’s a lot 🙂 considering the current average…

    • Ha, that’s a good thing, trust me. Especially since the number of those lacking the remotest traces of self respect is fast increasing 🙂

  6. Hi, hope you don’t mind 🙂 but I’m nominating you for the Versatile Blogger Award – please visit my blog at

  7. If only you were a Man. You know. (:

  8. Glad to be on your blog. 🙂 I don’t write or understand poetry at all, though. 😦

  9. Sadly I cant write from others point of view too.I can only write when I feel something very strong inside.

    Love your words..looking forward to read more.

  10. I just discovered your blog and love your poems. Such a pleasure to read them…Though I need more time to go through all of them………………..Have a nice day 😉

  11. This one is for you

    I fell in love with her;

    Maybe it were her deep dark eyes, or maybe the silken voice,
    both of these gems had left me with no choice;

    Seconds are all it took,
    to bewitch my senses and keep me forever hooked;

    loving her without knowing what is love,
    like a squab trying to fly in the world of dove;

    I still don’t know why it had to be her,
    maybe her delicate beauty had made my life a blur;
